We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
Please note that customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at fusionwearofficl@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9014798713 with your order details and photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Shipping the Item Back: Once the return is authorized, you will need to ship the product back to us within 7 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Inspection & Refund: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the original product and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return and refund or replacement at no additional cost.
